We accept check, credit card, debit and PayPal transfer for payment. However, the acceptable method of payment will depend on the rules and policies applied per location or where the request was made.
The warranty covers:
For HVAC Systems:
- First 5 years, parts and labor free.
- Second 5 years, parts replacement free, pay labor only.
For Hot Water Heater:
- 6 years warranty. Get a new one when your water heater leaks.
- After 1 year, parts replacement free, pay labor only.
We have an emergency team available on weekends and holidays to service your needs. We provide our services for you 24/7. Just give us a call or book your appointment.
We have a queuing system wherein we service clients on a first call, first-served basis. This is to ensure that our clients are serviced fairly and in a timely manner.
Because of our commitment to quality service, we accept almost any brand. Some brands we service are Carrier, Lenox, Rheem, Goodman, American Standard, Trane, Aquacal Heat Pumps. We are an accredited service provider for these brands to provide technical assistance to their clients.
We charge an overtime rate for our service crew that works beyond store hours. Work extension is dependent on our technician’s availability and if they are not yet booked for a succeeding schedule with another client. They can work as long as needed to complete a service call.
Our rates are based on what type of job or service you called for. Upfront-price – No hidden fee.
