When he came out he confirmed the issue was water condensation. I have an old school residential water chiller air conditioner that a lot of places do not service. Tim services them and does a great job. Another company wanted to replace the whole HVAC. Tim was able to add insulation to fix the problem at a reasonable price.”

My AC died in my condo, called the last company who serviced it, they came over for five minutes, told me I needed to replace the whole unit for 6k. I called Tim and Sons for a second opinion, he made himself available that same day came over and fixed it for less then 10% of what I thought I would have to pay. He is a miracle worker, came same day, worked late, and I paid a fraction of what I thought I would have too. He is so honest, I am a senior citizen, and he really showed compassion. I highly recommend them for any ac troubles.

Reached out to Tim through a neighbor recommendation and glad I did. His business is local in Burke so that was also a plus. I had Tim replace my furnace and ac unit along with the water heater. I also got a humidifier installed. It was not worth it to replace the parts as I also got a second opinion. What I liked about Tim was he recommended something within my budget but without compromising on performance. Tim will give you a straightforward answer and likes his job. I spent a whole day with Tim during the installation and learned long ago he was a engineer but disliked the office environment and started his own company. You can tell he enjoys working with his hands and solving problems.

I am so happy I found Tim and Sons. First, it is really hard to get same day service with an AC company in this area, every time I called Tim and Sons, I talked directly to Tim and I recieved same day service. Moreover, each time I called he showed a willingness to work around my schedule. He is also very honest and efficient with his work. He was able to diagnose my issue immediately and finding the parts was easy for him, while other companies had a hard time finding the parts. I trust Tim, and I now have a new favorite AC company. He takes the time to show you the issues, and gives tips on maintenance and prevention.

I can't say enough about Tim! We are new to the area and had been provided his contact information because he services our Aprilaire humidifier. Tim has been professional, dedicated, very responsive, as well as honest. His prices are fair and he did not come in recommending a bunch of additional services. He educated me on a few items that I had questions about but never tried to push any additional costs or items for our home. Just to give you an example of his level of caring, I was under the weather when he came out the first time and Tim had to go back to his truck for something, when he came back in he brought me 2 packs of ginger tea! Now I can't say that you will get tea when he comes out but if you are looking for an honest repair service who will make sure that the job gets done, give Tim a call. Tim and Sons are not only lifesavers, they do thorough and HONEST work. My air conditioning went out and I was extremely hot and uncomfortable. After going back and forth with my home warranty company for weeks with no foreseeable results, I got fed up and decided to call my own contractor. I messaged Tim and Sons late on a Thursday night and they came out to assess the issue on Friday. I called back to authorize the work on Monday and by Tuesday afternoon I had my new A/C unit! And mind you, this was right before the July 4th holiday. Tim drove out to Baltimore to pick up my unit to make sure I was comfortable before the holiday!! Just got my AC fixed by Tim and Sons Services. I am exceptionally pleased with their work. Within an hour my AC was up and running again. They are honest, courteous, efficient and easy to work with!
They did a thorough checking of the unit, clean the coils and replaced the filter was all I needed. I highly recommend them as they are reasonably price.
